Opipramol (cząsteczka, która jest sprzedawana pod wieloma nazwami, w tym Pramolan) jest nieselektywnym inhibitorem reputacji monoaminy z kodem ATC N06AAA05

Opioidy mają główny numer ATC N02A… , stąd Opipramol nie jest opioidem.
